Membership & Betting Rules

By using the 2 War platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between 2 War and its members.

It is every member's responsibility to comply with 2 War's terms and conditions. By accessing the site, creating an account, or participating in any betting activity, you are deemed to have read and understood these terms.

2 War is strictly for adults. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

To register with 2 War, you must provide accurate and complete information. 2 War reserves the right to terminate any account created using false or misleading details, at any time.

• Each individual may only one account You may open. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be genuine and active.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• KYC verification using a national ID or passport may be required prior to large withdrawals.
• Sharing account information with third parties is strictly prohibited.

All betting activity on 2 War is governed by specific rules. Each sports event has its own betting regulations, clearly outlined on the event page.

• Minimum bet: The minimum amount per bet is ৳20 BDT.
• Maximum bet: Maximum limits vary depending on the event and market type.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change, and the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 2 War reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Deposits and withdrawals on 2 War are handled through a fully secure and transparent process. We support Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment number used at the time of deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 2 War reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

2 War regularly provides its members with a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements.
• A promotion may not be used more than once on the same account.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance may not be directly withdrawable.
• 2 War reserves the right to modify, cancel, or end any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

To maintain a fair environment on 2 War, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Transacting through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform bug or glitch.
• Attempting to harass or defraud another member.

2 War may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If it is established that registration was completed using false or inaccurate information.
• If KYC verification fails or the required documents are not submitted.
• If an account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 365 days).
• When a member requests to close their own account.

Any valid balance in a suspended account will be returned once the investigation is complete; however, bonus balances may be forfeited.

2 War believes betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. That's why we're committed to Responsible Gaming and helping members build healthy betting habits.

• Deposit Limit: Set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on your betting amount within a specified time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 7 days to 3 months.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, permanently deactivate your account.

The 2 War website, mobile app, logo, designs, content, and software are exclusively the intellectual property of 2 War.

• Copying, distributing, or using any 2 War content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
• 2 War's trademarks or brand name may not be used for personal or commercial purposes.
• Members are solely responsible for any content (comments, reviews) they publish on the platform.

2 War reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.

2 War reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any term, please request account closure.
